25-year amortization of facilities by using the current 3 1/8%
interest rate with a factor of .05823 times the $535,000 total
facility cost.

Net annual administration 0 ration and maintenance cost (AO&M)
would be about 30,000 and annual sinking fund requirements for
replacement of facilities having a 25-year life would be $14,400 !I
making a total OM&R cost of $44,400 which will be a responsibility
of the administering agency.
