Effects of Fish and Wildlife Recommendations

If effectuated, the means and measures reflected in the recommendations
above should mitigate the wildlife losses occasioned by the project and
provide additional annual benefits, as follows:

Mitigation

The operation of the proposed wildl ife management area, as indi-
cated in Recommendation No.5, can be expected to mitigate the
