Preliminary Advanced Technology Assessment. The potential <br />shifts in anergy economics, particularly with regard to electricity <br />generation, were examined. It was determined that new electricity <br />generation technologies would probably not come in at significantly <br />lower costs than current technologies. Technological advances <br />in oil and gas production were assumed to continue at the <br />historical rate.
