1969. The study manager wtll submit
completed reports of framework studies
&J:1d assessments and regional or river
basin plannlng studies to the Ws_ter Re-

sources Council for review. CopIes of
such reports shall be turnlshed to the
Council on Environmental Quality.
It 18 conclud~d that promulgation of
the proposed Principles and Standards
for Planning Wa.ter and Land Resources
wlll further the purposes of the National
Environmental Polley Act of 1969.
