The Second Perry Ditch. Priority date 5/1/1875, Beaver Creek Priority No. 29, for 1.0 cfs at such times and for such intervals as are necessary to irrigate 17 acres. 6. The Island No. 1 Ditch. Priority date 5/6/1878, Beaver Creek Priority No. 37, for 1.0 cfs at such times and for intervals as are necessary to irrigate 7,5 acres. 7. The Fansher Ditch. Priority date 5/1/1882, Beaver Creek Priority No. 43, for 1.0 cfs at such times and for such intervals as are necessary to irrigate 20 acres, 8. The Island Ditch. Priority date 4/1/1885, Beaver Creek Priority No, 48, for 1.0 cfs at such times and for such intervals as are necessary to irrigate 7 acres. A flood occurred in 1921 during which some of the ,irrigated lands and ditches listed above were altered or destroyed. The waters are now being used in various ditches to irrigate the unaltered and similar lands having an aggregate area of no more than that specified in the above decrees. A changed decree for these rights, al10wipg four alternate points of diversion, was issued November 14, 1975 under Case No. W-4222, Water Division No, 2, State of Colorado.
