District number forty-six.--Water district No. 46 shall consist of <br /> <br />all lands irrigated by water taken from that portion of the North Platte <br /> <br /> <br />river above the mouth of Michigan creek. and from the streams draining <br /> <br /> <br />into the said portion of the North Platte river. (L. '139, p. 212, par 10; <br /> <br />R. S. '08. par. 3400; c. L.. par. 1889.) <br />(Old water districts No. 46 and No. 47 have been consolidated. <br />See Par. 299 of this chapter. For new district No. Li6, see Par. 28:). of this <br />chapter.--Ed. note.) <br /> <br />298. District number forty-seven.--Hater district No. 47 shall consist of <br /> <br />all lands in the state of Colorado irrigated by water taken from that portion <br /> <br /> <br />of the North Platte river betvreen water district 110. 46 and the state line <br /> <br />of Colorado. and from the streams draining into said portion of the North <br /> <br />Platte river and from Granite, Encampment and Big creeks and the streams <br /> <br />draining into sa.id creeles. Districts forty-six and forty-seven consolidated.-~Iater districts <br /> <br />Nos. 46 and 47 shall be consolidated and the consolidated district here- <br /> <br />after will be known as water district No. 47. and tl~ office of water <br /> <br />commissioner of water district No. 46 is herGby abolished and the servioes <br /> <br />of the present water commissioner dispensed with. Said water district <br /> <br />shall consist of all lands irrigated by water taken from any and all <br /> <br />rivers, creeks, strewms, or springs in Jackson County, Colorado. (L.
