<br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />OJ19;iCl <br /> <br />REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE SUBCOMMITTEE <br /> <br />The Executive Subcommittee met seven times at seven different locations to make <br />plans for developing agenda for program meetings; propose and review assignments <br />to technical subcommittees; review proposals by committee members and technical <br />subcommittees; review reports prepared for publication; review policy and procedures <br />for committee activities, and make recommendotions on 011 business pertinent to <br />PSIAC. Principal actions included: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1. Review and approval of orrangements and program for PSIAC meetings. <br /> <br />2. Recommended procedure by which the Executive Subcommittee may annually <br />revi ew the activities of each technical subcommittee. This procedure was <br />adopted by the parent committee, <br /> <br />3. Review of 0 statement of functions, objectives, procedures and program for <br />each of the five technical subcommittees. <br /> <br />4. Initiated action to explore the desirabil ity of creating 0 technical subcommittee <br />to conduct work on comprehensive and coordinoted river basin planning, <br /> <br />5. Reviewed "Articles of Orgonization and Procedures" and recommended minor <br />changes which will be handled by on addendum. <br /> <br />. <br />
