<br />20, A review of the entire situation indicates that the present
<br />grounds for continuance of this project are stronger than tho~e
<br />which led to its adoption. The board therefore concludes that it IS
<br />advisable for the United States to continue the improvement of the
<br />Missouri River between Kansa.s City and the mouth in accordance
<br />with the existing project.

<br />City to the mouth. TIllS report is called for by section 14 of the river
<br />and harbor act approved March 4, 1915.
