Reclamation wants to assure you of <br />our commitment to the protection and recovery of the endangered Colorado River <br />fish through the future development of a RIP for the San Juan River and will <br />assist the Service in securing the necessary commitment for the RIP from the <br />other interested parties. <br /> <br />With the Service's acceptance of the reasonable and prudent alternative <br />outlined above, Reclamation assumes the process initiated last October 9, <br />1990, is complete and the three organized teams will be disbanded. In our <br />estimation, all three of the teams performed in a professional manner and it <br />is to their credit that we have proceeded as far as we have in developing an <br />alternative for the ALP. <br /> <br />/v <br />
