Averaqe Annual Water Production and Use in the Maior River Basins
of Colorado.

This Board is repeatedly called upon to furnish information
pertaining to river flows and consumptive use of water within the
state of Colorado. As a handy reference for interested persons, we
have compiled the following information. The average annual water
production in each river basin is based upon long-term records and
trle values expressed are in acre-feet. The estimated consumptive uses
are those which existed as of January 1, 1963. projects under con-
struction and not fully completed as of that date are not included in
the consumptive use figures.

North Platte River Basin

virgin Production
Consumptive Use
Remaining State Line Flow

580,000
100,000
480,000

A U.
