<br />Colorado River Compact and in this Compact" there is hereby appor- <br /> <br /> <br />(m) The term "domestic use" \shall include the use of water <br />I <br /> <br />for household, stock, municipal, mininJ, milling, industrial and other <br />I <br />like purposes, but shall exclude the ge~eration of electrical power. <br /> <br />(n) The term . I <br />I <br />ARTICLE ml <br />I <br />(a) Subject to the provisions and limitations contained in the <br /> <br />I <br />tioned from the Upper Colorado River Isystem in perpetuity to the <br /> <br />States of Arizona, Colorado, New Mextco, Utah and Wyoming, re- <br />I <br />I <br />spectively, the consumptive use of wa1;er as follows: <br />I <br /> <br />(1) To the State of Arizon~ the consumptive use of <br />, <br />, I <br />i <br />50,000 acre-feet of wafer per annum, <br /> <br />I <br />(2) To th:e States of COlorrdo, New Mexico, Utah and <br /> <br />Wyoming, r'espectivelr, the consumptive use per <br /> <br />annum of the quantitie~ resulting from the appli- <br />I <br />cation of the fOllOwingl percentages to the total' <br /> <br />i <br />quantity of consumptiie use per annum apportioned <br /> <br />in perpetuity to and ayailable for use each year by <br /> <br />Upper Basin under the Colorado River Compact and <br /> <br />remaining after the d~duction of the use, not to exceed <br />I <br /> <br />50,000 acre-feet per~nnum, made in the State of <br /> <br />Arizona. <br /> <br />State of Colorado _ - - - - - - - 51.75 per cent, <br /> <br />State of New Mexico - - - - - - 11.25 per cent, <br /> <br />-4- <br />
