<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />:- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Howard C. Corrigan was an employee of the Division of <br />Water Resources, Kansas Stale Board of Agriculture. for 40 years; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Corrigan served as the Water Commissioner of the <br />Garden City Field Office from 1964 until he retired on May 17, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, Me Corrigan was widely known in the Arkansas River <br />Valley, both in Kansas and Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS. Me Corrigan'sextensive knowledge of water resources in the <br />Arkansas River Valley were in an invaluable asset to the Arkansas River <br />Compact Administration. <br />NOW THEREFORE. be it resolved by the Arkansas River Compact <br />Administration that it does hereby acknowledge with gratitude the outstand- <br />ing service of Howard C. Corrigan to the Administration and to the States of <br />Kansas and Colorado, expresses its appreciation to Mr. Corrigan for his <br />dedication, and extends to him its best wishes for continued good health and <br />happiness in all of his future endeavors. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be entered into the <br />records ofthe Arkansas River Compact Administration and that the record- <br />ing secretary be instructed to send a copy to Me. Corrigan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration honor Mr. <br />Corrigan for his many years of service hy including his ricture and approp- <br />riate dedicatory remarks in the Administration's annual report for the <br />Compact Year 1987.- <br />Entered this 7th day of December, 19M7. at the annual meeling of the <br />Arkansas River Compact Administration held in Lamar, Colorado. <br /> <br />/s/ <br />Frank G.
