<br />"- <br /> <br />I - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leo Idler served on the Arkansas River Compact Adminis. <br />tration as the representative of Colorado Water District 67 for two terms <br />from 1977 through 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, he ably and steadfastly represented the interests of District <br />67 water users with equanimity and fairness; and <br />WHEREAS, he at all times conducted these offices in a competent and <br />thorough manner; and <br />WHEREAS, Leo Idler was instrumental in developingand implementing <br />the 1980 operating plan for Jahl"'! Martin Reservoir to the benefit of both <br />Kansas and Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS. Leo Idler has been a gentleman and a friend to his fellow <br />members of the Administration and to all who had occasion to come before <br />the Administration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Arkansas River Com- <br />pact Administration that it does hereby express its gratitude and apprecia- <br />tion to Leo IdlerfoT the services he has rendered and for the courtesies which <br />he has extended 10 all during his tenure as a m-ember and officer of the <br />Administration. - <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arkansas River Compact Administ~ation at its December <br />9, 1986, Annual meeting. <br /> <br />/s/ <br />Frank G.
