In Boulder <br />County. lands administered by the Federal <br />Government total 167,670 acres, most of <br />which are within the national forest. State <br />controlled lands amount to 3,013 acres, and <br />approximately 14,200 acres are in county <br />and municipal ownership. In Larimer County, <br />lands administered by the Federal <br />Government total 777,306 acres, and there <br />are 53,099 acres of State controlled lands <br />and approximately 1,500 acres in county <br />and municipal ownership.
