The reservoir would hav~ a maximum sur- <br /> <br />face area of 434 acres, and would extend up the draw 3 miles. A <br /> <br />diversion dam which would feed an inlet pipeline, would be built on <br /> <br />the San Miguel River. The pipeline would convey San Miguel River <br /> <br />water down the canyon 7,6 miles and would empty into a 3.4-mile <br /> <br />pressure tunnel. The tunnel would carry the water from the San <br /> <br />Miguel Canyon to Maverick Draw. Water for the project would be <br /> <br />pumped from 11averick Draw Reservoir into pipe laterals for thr. <br /> <br />Wright's Mesa area.
