Value of mineral <br />production is $100 to $150 million per year. <br /> <br />Although the number of farms has decreased 61% oVer the last <br />45 years, farm size has continued to enlarge. For example in 1920, <br />23% of the farms were 500 acres or larger, while now 64% of the <br />farms are greater than 500 acres in size.
