The U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation will support proposed amendments to the Operating Principles, which secure the <br />greatest practicable benefits from the regulation and use of the flows of the Purgatoire River <br />consistent with the laws and' policies of the State of Colorado and of the United States including <br />the Arkansas River Compact. . .' <br /> <br />Consistent with this overall concept, I support implementing and approving the Operating <br />Principles that were provided to Me, Eugene Aiello and Me, M.E.
