<br />l-" <br />C..!1 <br />c..) <br />CD <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPENDIX A <br /> <br />Salinity Control Program Slippage Since 1974 <br /> <br />Slippage in the various salinity control programs is shown on the following <br /> <br />table. Total slippage of the completion dates varies from about 3 years to <br /> <br />a maximum of about 7 years since 1974. Recognizing this problem of excessive <br /> <br />slippage, an effort was made in late 1978 and finished in March 1979 to <br /> <br />better assess service capabilities and establish realistic schedules. <br /> <br />Since this time, salinity control programs have still had minor slippage in <br /> <br />schedules, but have faired as good as or better than standard development <br /> <br />programs. For comparison, the relative slippage for all Upper Colorado <br /> <br />Region planning programs and reasons for slippage are shown on the attached <br /> <br />list. <br />
