Abstract: This report/environmental statement presents
and analyzes a proposal to irrigate about 45,000 acres
in South Dakota with water pumped from nearby Lake
Francis Case on the Missouri River.

as amended by the Clean Water Act of 1977 (Public
Law 92-217).
