In turn, it would be a simple matter to apply the water savings to <br />the whole system. <br /> <br />The plan of operation could take the followi:~g form: I would <br />propose to make a contract with the Agricultural Technology Company of <br />McCook, Nebraska, at their going rate for a three-year operation.
