Develop innovative approaches to public education on safe and <br />environmentally sensitive development, use, and management <br />of water and power resources. <br /> <br />. Seek opponunities to foster exchanges of resource management, <br />development, and protection information with the Congress, <br />Federal and State agencies, water and power user organizations, <br />leaders in technical and scientific fields, environmental groups, <br />the media, private sector, and the public. <br /> <br />.
