Con- <br /> <br />troIs refer to the range of technological and management techniques <br /> <br />which could be applied in limiting discharge of pollutants to surface <br /> <br />and ground waters, or in mitigating systems factors which exacerbate <br /> <br />source or use problems. The following identifies and classifies types <br /> <br />of potential control measures for dealing with pollution from the major <br /> <br />9 <br />
