Certain load, resource <br />and organizational data, referred to as applicant <br />profile data~ were requested in a February 4, 1983 <br />FEDERAL REGISTER notice. It was stated therein <br />that "Those parties that may be interested in <br />applying fo~ an allocation of these resources must <br />provide the applicant profile data requested <br />herein." The original deadline of March 15, <br />1983, was extended by a March 14, 1983, notice in <br />the FEDERAL REGISTER to April 15, 1983. <br /> <br />In the FEDERAL REGISTER notice published <br />August 23, 1983, Western advi sed that "to be <br />eligible to be considered for an allocation of <br />capacity and energy from the SLCA Integrated <br />Projects under the final marketing plan, those <br />interested utilities not having already done so <br /> <br />61 <br />
