<br />1. An allocation of CRSP power is requested by <br />the applying municipalities; <br /> <br />2. The applying municipalities will contract <br />with UP&L to deliver CRSP power to each of <br />the city's domestic and rural consumers; <br /> <br />3. The contract will specifically provide that <br />UP&L act as the cities' agent to transmit <br />their respective allocations of CRSP power to <br />each domestic and rural consumer within each <br />city's boundaries. to perform administrative <br />functions in connection with the delivery of <br />CRSP power. and to provide other utility <br />services reflecting the low cost of CRSP <br />power; <br /> <br />4. The applying municipalities will assume the <br /> <br />legal responsibility for the distribution of <br /> <br />their allocation of CRSP power; and <br /> <br /> <br />5. UP&L will perform its obligations at cost. <br /> <br />Reduced to its essentials.
