Comments received in RARE II and durihg <br />this analysis 'support the Spruce Creek Area for wilderness designation. ' <br /> <br />Of the 74 comments received on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, all <br />but two (7B and 38) are in favor of the proposed action. Analysis of thes.e '. <br />comments showed that no significant changes in data, analysis, alternatives, <br />or conclusionsi", the Draft Environmental Impact Statement are needed. For <br />this reason, ah.d to reduce paperwork, the Draft Environmental Impact Statemedt <br />has not been r~printed. Changes to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement. <br />are attached (40 CFR 1500.4(m) and 1503.4(c)). <br /> <br />This statement does not prescribe detailed land management practices. These: <br />will be determi:ned as part of the Land and Resource Management Plan for the <br />White River National Forest, which is scheduled for completion in 1983. <br /> <br />The Draft Environmental Impact Statement was transmitted to the Environmental <br />Protection Ageh~y and the public July 9, 1980.
