Total Colorado River ,.aters reaching ~co. It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water rreasured
at the northerly international l:xJundary, 2) drainage waters rreasured at the southerly interna-
tional l:xJundary near San Luis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-M:ilia.wk drainage waters rreasured at the
southerly international l:xJundary. It is the sum of Collums (1) + (5).
(3). Arizona's Wellton-M::>hawk District drainage water. '!his water is descharged to the Santa Clara
slough in ~co via a =crete lined canal.
(4). Excess arrivals other than Wellton-M::>hawk drainage. It is the sum of: 1) a delivery of about
5, 000 a. f. per year to ensure that ~co receives what is scheduled, 2) releases fran Parker
Dam which are not used due to lli1expected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Cbachella, Irrperial, and
Yuma areas, 3) =trolled flc:xxl releases on the Gila and Colorado River, and 4) local runoff.
