Production <br /> <br />depletion reduces the original reserve estimate to 112 million <br /> <br />tons for the Nucla-Naturita coalfield. <br /> <br />Based on the 50 percent recoverability factor for Colorado <br /> <br />coals, recoverable reserves for the Nucla-Naturita reserve area <br /> <br />are 56 million tons. <br /> <br />The Norwood field is not me~tioned by the U.S.G.S. where <br /> <br />coal reserve estimates were made for various Colorado coalfields. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
