Implementation is now underway in this area. Price-San Rafael, Utah Preparation of the joint USDA/Reclamation planning report and environmental impact statement (PR/EIS) for the Price-San Rafael Rivers Unit continued. The draft PR/EIS was filed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in September 1991. During 1992, additional information was gathered and interagency meetings were held in an effort to resolve concerns with the USDA voluntary wildlife habitat replacement program. The final PR/EIS is scheduled to be finalized in late 1992.
