The table also shows the resulting stream depletion for each
division.

TABLE mx
Present Irrigation Potential I~ri~ation
Area Depletion Area Depletion
Division Adres Acre Feet Acres Acre Feet
-
Upper San Juan 7,060 7,400 4,000 4,200
Navajo-Blanco 6,120 6,400 3,550 3,700
Piedra 4,700 4,900 3,000 3,100
Pine 37,880 49,200 5,000 6,500
Florida 15,430 16,800 5,740 12,900
Animas-LaP1ata 27,120 30,300 45,920 82,700
Mancos 11,000 15,400 1,000 1,400
McElmo 41,000 71,800 35,450 62,700
Total 150,310 202,200 103,660 177 ,200

Reservoir Evaporation, Municipal Use and Water Exported
Stream depletion by reservoir evaporation, by the municipal use and
by exportation is small compared with irrigation. Preliminary estimates
of basin stream depletion resulting from these uses are given in the
following Table XXX. All figures are reported in acre feet per year.
-41-

.1
