<br />vide a carryover of $1,800.00. This amount together with the $4,000.00
<br />received from the States of Colorado (60%), Kansas (40/{;), in Sep-
<br />tember 1959, will insure tne $5.800.00 estimated expenditures for the
<br />BudgetYear~July I, 19.\9 to June 30, 1960,
