Levels exceeding the <br />on-farm and offsite benefits must be approved by agency <br />headquarters with USDA Sal inity Control Coordinating <br />Committee (SCCC) concurrence. <br /> <br />The combined cost-shares by Federal, State, and others shall <br />not exceed 100 percent of the cost of carrying out a salinity <br />Reduction practice. <br /> <br />The contract period shall at least 3 years, and not more <br />than 10 years. <br /> <br />Agencies involved in the Colorado Sal inity Control Program <br />are: Agricultural Stabil ization and Conservation Service, <br />Soil Conservation Service, Extension Service, Agricultural <br />Research Service, Farmers Home Administration, Bureau of <br />Reclamation, and the U.S. Fish and Wildl ife Service. <br />Applicants may obtain further information from any of these <br />agencies. <br /> <br />ALL USOA PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, <br />AGE, SEX, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, OR HANDICAP. <br />
