W. had. <br />expressed concerns rega%'d.1ng the impacts of raising the spillway <br />gates a:c.d recomm~Qed that ~lood frequency redUction me.sur.s be <br />evaluated 1n greater detail before an opt.ion __ .elect.d. We <br />are ple.sed that a more detailed analysis of the flood frequency <br />reduction measures will be conducted, in compl:l.ancB w:l.th NEPA, <br />before a decision is mada on thi8 issue.
