The following illustrate situations which might be organizational <br />conflicts of interest. <br /> <br />1. Holding another contract for like work in the same area. <br />2. Having an employee, subcontractor, or consultant, who has been <br />employed by the Government in a capacity which related to this <br />particular solicitation. <br />3. Having a program or advisory position or status which has review <br />authority over the product of this solicitation. <br />4. Having held a previous contract which restricted the contractor <br />from performing some aspect of this solicitation. <br /> <br />f. The statement regarding potential organizational conflicts of <br />interest should be in the form of a letter separate from any other <br />submittals under this solicitation.
