Storable inflows
have been derived on a daily basis by operation of the MWE Bear
Creek model. Releases reflect Lakewood's projected demand below
the Reservoir based on operation studies of projected golf course
and park facilities.

The storable flows in Table 1 are derived from 1) the stipulation
in Cases 84-CW-.115, etc. that allocates up to 250 acre-feet per
year to Lakewood from the cwes Morrison Exchange Reservoir Right
(W-232) and the Bear Creek Reservoir right (79-CW-305) [CWCB water]
and 2) Lakewood's application for storage in Bear Creek Reservoir
in 83-CW-1l4.

In addition to the sources included in Table 1 Lakewood has the
option to store transmountain effluent by exchange and non-
tributary ground water in Bear Creek Reservoir. These sources have
not been quantified at this time, however, and will not be included
in the current Bear Creek Reservoir operation study.

Lakewood's releases have been derived from operation studies of
projected uses below the Bear Creek Reservoir. These uses will be
supplied by the City's ownership in the Pioneer Union and Hodgson
ditches and supplemented by releases from storage. The operation
studies utilitzed the Blaney-Criddle method to derive irrigation
consumptive use and the schedule of evaporation in the proposed
Bear Creek Reservoir Operation Study Scope of Work for lake
evaporation.

Hydrology
W",", Rlghtl
Environmental Analysis
Urban Orainage
