<br />President Dan B. Hunter presented a request that this Board consider and act upon
<br />certain changes in the Operating Frinciples for the Arkansas-Fryingpan Project and
<br />especially in section 15 as approved June 15, 19$0.
<br />
<br />Aft.er due consideratiDn, it was moved, secDnded and carried unanimously that because
<br />cf the fact the matter has progressed so far, this Eoard feels it ShDUld interpDse
<br />no objection to the proposed diversion, but ~ith the clear and distinct understand-

<br />This consent and approval is made because this Board is aware of the great and urgent
<br />need of Pueblo, Colorado Sprin~s and other nearby cities in the Arkansas Valley for
<br />additional water, and our desire to act the part of a good neighbor to these cities.
