Beat~', that <br />the resolutions pertaining to the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, <br />as presented by the Colorado River Water Conservation District <br />and the Southwestern Water Conservation District, including <br />amendatory language as authorized by the spokesmen of the two <br />Districts, be included and made a part of the record of this <br />February 22, 1951 meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board." <br /> <br />(The two resolutions mentioned in the foregoing motion are attached <br />hereto as Appendices D and E.) <br /> <br />-- -- - <br />------. <br /> <br />'(2) <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />----- <br />---- - - <br /> <br />"It ,was movedcby Judge Dan W. Hughes, that the report of the Drafting Committee to <br />the Policy and Review Committee (First Phase, Gunnison- <br />Arkansas Project), as contained in the June 15, 1950 report <br />to the Colorado Water Conservation Board by Clifford H. Stone, <br />Director of the Board, vnth the modifications of the Operating <br />Principles as set out in a letter from Mr. Jean S. Breitenstein, <br />chairman of the Drafting Committee, to the Director of the <br />Water Board, dated February J, 1951, and with those modifica- <br />tions of Article rr "Effect of Approval of Project Report", <br />(p. 11 of the above-mentioned Report of the Drafting Sub- <br />committee of the Policy and Review Committee), made in the <br />Board meeting of February 22, 1951 by the adoption of reso- <br />lutions approved by the Colorado River i'later Conservation <br />District and the Southwestern .Iater Conservation District, <br />be and is hereby formally approved." <br /> <br />", <br />. <br /> <br />" <br />
