First ~hase, Gunnison-Arkansas Project

The Drafting Committee created by the Policy and Review Committee,

first phase Gunnison-Arkansas ~roject, at its January, 19)0 meeting has

considered the matters referred to it. Meetings were held in Denver,

Colorado, on February 27 and 28, and March 10, 1950. All members of the

Drafting Committee were in attendance at those meetings.
