Sec. 89 Report, Table XIII. <br /> <br />The linal contents as determined by the Corps of Engineers was <br />28.283 acre-Ieet, rounded and reported by the USGS as 28,300 acre- <br />leet. The difference between the volume reported by the Operations <br />Secretary accounting and the actual measured contents, 876.22 acre- <br />leet, was credited to the reservoir accounting as an additional inllow <br />to conservation storage on November 1, 1989. This was the first <br />opportunity under the Compact to add to reservoir storage and resulted <br />in a balancing 01 reservoir accounting and actual contents lor the <br />beginning 01 Compact Year 1990. <br /> <br />The technical data lor this section were compiled by the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board stall using data lrom the Annual Report 01 <br />the Operations Secretary, the USGS, the Colorado Division 01 Water <br />Resources, the Kansas Division of Water Resources, and the minutes <br />and correspondence 01 the Arkansas River Compact Administration. <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />~RC~ 'Ug <br />
