<br />I: <br /> <br />'I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The summer storage season began at 0001 April 1, 1989. Transfer of <br />winter Conservation storage into the agreement accounts began <br />immediately. Three Colorado ditches began requesting water on April <br />1. All winter compact water was released into agreement accounts by <br />April 14, 1989. Thereafter, pursuant to Section II.C of the "Resolution <br />Concerning an Operating Plan for John Martin Reservoir," all inflows <br />passed directiy through John Martin until May 16, 1989. From May 16 <br />to May 29 and again from June 4 to June 15 short periods of summer <br />conservation storage occurred. No other conservation storage inflows <br />occurred during the remainder of Compact Year 1989. Summer <br />conservation storage operations are shown in Table 6, below. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the operating plan, water released from conservation <br />storage was placed in the agreement accounts and subsequently <br />accounted for as shown in Table 7, below. <br /> <br />Summer operations of the Section III accounts during Compact Year <br />1989 are summarized in Table 8, below. Pursuant to the operating <br />plan the Amity Canal is the only entity currently entitled to store <br />Section III water during the summer storage season.
