<br />Reservoir releases April 1 to October 31 were 56,080 acre-feet <br />which was 31,100 acre~fcet less than total diversions. Runoff from areas <br />below the reservoir and return flows provided 36 per cent of the water <br />Jivcrtcd during the irrig:Hion season. <br /> <br />River flow was passed through the reservoir llvcraging: <br />38 d.s. from November I, 1963, to Dccember 7,1963 <br />2.8 c.f.s. from December 8,1963, to April 6, 1964 <br />103 d.s. from April 12, 1964, to May 29.1964 <br />96c.f.s. from June 25,1964, to October ]1, 1964. <br /> <br />Stlltclinc flow for corresponJing periods averaged 38 c.f.s., 48 c.f.s., <br />42 c.f,s., and 2Y c.f.s., rcspectivclr. <br /> <br />The: total discharge Enr the )'ear at Garden City was 28,240 acre- <br />feet of ",'hich 4,910 acre-feet occurred as winter flows. The obsolete AM radio equipment at the two State line <br />stations opcr,ltcd s:Jtisfactorily mnst of the year but is not depend~lblc. <br />Recommcndatlons were made to the Adminis.tration that funds be pro- <br />vided in fisc.:Jl year 1966 to replace. this equipment with the slime type <br />that is being installed at the Las Animlls stations. <br /> <br />The Administration approved a coopera.tive agreement with the <br />U. S. Geological Survey {or fiscal yoar July 1. 1964, to Junc 30, 1965. <br />for $11,600, $5,800 from each porty. Twelve hundred dollars is for <br />the 1 u/t operation of the Compact gaging station Clt Lamar, $2,400 for <br />rartial support of the other five Compllet gaging stations. and $8,000 <br />tor the procurement of the remainder of the radio equipment for the <br />two inflow stations at Llts.
