Summarize the historical floodwater damage as an average annual <br /> <br />loss for the basin with the information by reach for rural areas <br /> <br />along the main stem and tributaries for drainage areas under 250,000 <br /> <br />acres and for al I communities of less than 2,500 population, Estimate <br /> <br />the potential reduction of flood damages with projects. <br />
