As a <br /> <br />result of the study, the Departments of Agriculture <br /> <br />and the Interior and the State of Colorado published <br /> <br />a draft report recommending that a 105-mile segment <br /> <br />of the river below McPhee Dam be added to the system <br /> <br />because of its wild, scenic, and recreational qualities, <br /> <br />2.
