The results <br />were later incorporated into the Operating Principles, Fryingpan- <br />Arkansas Project. The completed diversion dams are being controlled <br />in accordance with these Operating Principles. If it is felt that <br />the minimum bypasses at those points are inadequate to permit rainbows, <br />native cutthroat, and other species to spawn successfully the above <br />agencies should present their recommendations and seek a change in the <br />Operating Principles through the medium provided under paragraph 19 <br />of the document. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />XI-462 <br />
