Since a 100 percent quota <br />was allott$d and util ized in water year 1989, no carryover storage was <br />available to Project water users in water year 1990. <br /> <br />Timely precipitation allowed for seasonal water deliveries <br />(November Ij989-0ctober 1990) to be only 54 percent of average for the <br />Project at 121,500 acre-feet, which was 33,500 acre-feet below the <br />50 percent ~uota allocation. <br /> <br />Project generation for the water year was below average at 91 percent of <br />average d4e to below normal transmountain diversions and facility <br />ma i ntenancej.
