The <br />State of Colorado did the sawe, supplementing its original grant to <br />. enable the District to have lIla tching funds. for both the original an<l <br />sllpplementa 1 gran ts of the Agricul tura 1 Stabi liza tion and Conserva tion <br />Service, Conejos County participated by removing excllvate<llllUterial <br />and has indicated its willingness to continue with 11 spoil pile removal <br />program. Hembero of the Board of Directors have dona ted much time and <br />effort to the program and particularly those three previonsly named, <br />to control the project on a daily call basis. <br /> <br />It could not be expected that a project of this sbe involving so <br />Ulany people could be complete<l wi thOllt problems.
