The engineering firm of Phillips-Carter- <br />Osburn, Inc.. 831 14th Street, Denver 2, Colorado, has <br />been retained to prepare the necessary engineering plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />The irrigation company has been requested to set a date when <br />representatives of the inter-agency committee can meet with <br />the board of directors to discuss possible courses of action. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that representatives of the agencies to <br />whom this communication is directed be prepared to meet <br />with the board of directors of the irrigation company in <br />the near future to explain the type of assistance available <br />from the various agencies involved.
