<br />SEe. 7. nulAL DEVELOPMENT rL'NIlS.
<br />
<br />(a) ElTAlLlBHMINT.-There II hereby authorized to be appro-
<br />priated the toW amount 0( $49,500,000 for three annuallnatellment
<br />pa)'lllenta to the ,Tribal Development Funda which the Secretary II
<br />authorized and directed to eatab1lah for each Tribe. Subject to
<br />appropriation, and within 60 da)'l of availability 0( the appropria-
<br />tion to the SecretaI")', the Secretary ,hall allocate and make pay_
<br />ment to the Tn"bal Develol'ment Fundi u foll_:
<br />(1) To the Southern Ute Tn"bal Development Fund, in the lint
<br />lear, $7,500,000; in the two wcceedinc yean, ~,OOO,OOO and
<br />'5,000,000, reapec:tlvely.
<br />(2) To the Ute Mountain Ute TrlbaI Development FImd,in the
<br />tint )'Mr, $12,000,000; in the two ,ucceedlnl yeen, $10,000,000
<br />and '10,000,000, reapec:tively.

<br />m~ent plan within 10 da)'l of Ita ,ubmilllon If the Secretary
<br />finda the plan to be reuonable end IOUnd. If the Sec~ doea not
<br />aPllrove auc:h invwtment plan, the Secretery ,hall let forth in
<br />wnli"1 and with particularity the reuona for ,uch dlaapproval. If
<br />,uch mveatment lIen ia approved by the Secretary, tIia Tribal
<br />Develop'ment Fun ,hall be diabuned to the Tribe to be iD\wted by
