FONTENELLE - Currently the elevation of Fontenelle is approximately 6498 feet above sea level which is
8 feet below maximum capacity, Releases are being decreased from 7500 cfs to 4500 cfs during the. week of
July 5th to July 12th in order to increase the reservoir elevation,

The forecast, issued July 1st, has Fontenelle inflows set at 225,000 acre-feet during the month of July. May
and June both saw inflows which were greater I.han forecasted values. The forecasted inflows for June were
500,000 acre-feet while the total recorder! inflow turned out to be about 568,000 acre-feet.

Releases from Fontenelle will mOSl likely decrease over the next several weeks as inflows decrease to base
levels. However, if inflows pick up during the month, it may become necessary to increase releases in order
to prevent an uncontrolled spilL Fontenelle will be very nearly full by mid July,

FlAMING GORGE - Releases from Flaming Gorge Reservoir are now at powerplant capacity of 4500 cfs.
With inflow finally slowing down, a reduction in releases has now been scheduled. Releases will be
reduced according to the following schedule.
