F. REVIEW OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN

The EPP should be reviewed for adequacy during the annual review of the

SOP; the certification review of the SOP shall denote the adequacy of

the EPP.

A periodic review should also involve local community and county leaders

to maintain coordination and understanding between Water and Power, water-

user entities, and local community leaders.

G. RECORD OF TELEPHONE REPORT OF EMERGENCY OR UNUSUAL CONDITIONS AND
FACILITY FAILURES

Records of all telephone or radio reports of emergency or unusual con-

ditions and facility failures shall be maintained at all steps of the

communication network. An original copy of this record (see sample copy

on following page) shall be maintained at each initiating and receiving

level in the Water and Power communications network. At the dam, the

record shall be maintained in the operating logbook. Records at all

levels are to be maintained in a manner to provide a continuing record

of emergency activities at a particular facility for future reference

and safety analysis of the structure.

H. INUNDATION MAPS

Inundation maps for the area below Platoro Dam have not been completed

at this time. When they are completed, they will be inserted as a part

of the appendix.
