The Chief, Chama Field Division, shall be responsible for giving <br /> <br />the "all clear" for normal duty to be resumed. <br /> <br />In event of a nuclear attack or an act of war and assuming communications <br /> <br />are lost, the following procedures will be used as a checklist. <br /> <br />a. Protect essential records. <br /> <br />b. Evacuate dam area and downstream vicinity. <br /> <br />c. As soon as Possible, check for any damages to the dam. <br /> <br />d. If there are any injuries, assist with first aid treatment <br /> <br />of burns and other injuries if trained. <br /> <br />e.
